Lilac Jelly

Jelly from flowers!

Did you know that you can make a delicious jelly with lilac petals? My friend, Bee, found the recipe online (google Lilac Jelly) and made some using several different colors of lilac petals from her yard. Each produced a very lovely color and the flavor is superb! She gave a jar to me and I enjoy it on my banana pancakes. It is also delicious as a dip for fresh cauliflower.
